Super helpful and informative, answered questions in a knowledgeable and honest way. A very straightforward process no faffing. Car is great exactly as advertised and a good deal. They had a great selection of automatic and hybrid cars.

Great customer service

I was in desperate need of a car as mine had broke down and is going to be in the garage for a few weeks. I rang up, seeing if they could deliver as I had children and couldn't leave the house. Quote for and delivery was arranged for the same day. Unfortunately the car was found to have a fault, but I was informed as soon as it was discovered and they send a deposit refund the same evening. Shame about the car but the service was very professional, I'd have no hesitation in using Fine Drive in the future.

Great experience

My experience with this dealer was great. Ali was really helpful through out the process, I couldn’t go ahead with the purchase, for personal reasons but the procedure was smooth and they refund me the deposit straight away, and there was issue with Scotland ULez compliance, but they were really patient through that and sorted that contacting Audi and got a clear. I will in future really consider them.
